Joe has over 30 years as a professional starting with his years in Engineering and Marketing at IBM. In the late 80's, Joe and his brother John founded a software company, DSP Software Engineering (DSPSE) which implemented many standard and proprietary algorithms for use in telecommunications equipment. Under Joe's leadership as CEO, DSPSE grew to $5 million in sales and an engineering staff of 35. DSPSE was sold to Tellabs in late 1999 for $35 million.
Joe has sustained involvement with Array Financial Services from its inception. Primarily focusing on technology-related issues, Joe contributes to the technical as well as business due-diligence critical to any successful transaction.
Joe is a partner in the relatively nascent BuilderTrak - a construction administrative services company for the South Shore.
Joe is owner of Cranberry Liquors in Harwich Port where he can indulge his passion for fine wines. Over the past three years, he has transformed Cranberry Liquors into a destination wine store for the upper Cape.
Joe received his BS in Electrical Engineering from Brown University.
